BoardCraft was founded to help capable executives communicate with greater impact in the boardroom.

Leah Fricke created BoardCraft after decades of experience as both a Chairman and executive. Having sat on both sides of the boardroom table, she observed a recurring challenge: thoughtful, skilled leaders were falling short not because they lacked insight, but because their messages weren’t landing.

BoardCraft exists to close that gap. It equips senior executives with the tools to communicate clearly, frame issues strategically, and navigate boardroom dynamics with confidence.
